The main activities of the company range from design to implementation as well as other related ones. In other words Sylcon undertakes numerous activities in building and civil engineering works including;-
DESIGNING AND DRAWING
This is one of our main activities whereas we do design, plan and draw architectural and structural drawings of small, medium and large size buildings and civil works like road and highways.
BUILDING AND CIVIL WORKS
We undertake various building and civil works of all ranges. In this regard, we construct all types of buildings including residential, commercial, industrial, religious, legal, recreational, educational and public for official and business functions. Apart from the above mentioned works, we also build and erect drainage channels, irrigation, water storage and distributions structures.
CONSULTANCY WORKS
The company also provides consultancy to our clients on how to effectively use their resources in civil and building related works. We also do management and supervisory works in project that are in implementations processes.
PLANTS AND MACHINE HIRE
Sylcon Builders Limited hires construction machines and plant to other companies that have a shortage of machines to use them in their building and constructions works.
MATERIAL SUPPLIES
We supply building materials and hardware to individual and corporate clients that are used for constructions and buildings works in various projects.
ALLIED WORKS
In this line of business, Sylcon undertakes a number of activities including making quality and durable blocks, paving blocks, carpentry works, doors, windows and kitchen cabinets.
CONSULTANCY WORKS
The company also provides consultancy to our clients on how to effectively use their resources in civil and building related works. We also do management and supervisory works in project that are in implementations processes.
EXTRA CURRICULAR BUSINESS
Apart from civil and building related works, on behalf of clients, the company performs facilitative role like making follow-ups building permits and other documents from relevant authorities like municipal councils.
